Brian W. Smith, PhD, MBA
Brian’s expertise lies at the intersection of strategy, operations, and analytics. Most recently with IQVIA, a global leader in healthcare data science, Brian has helped dozens of clients transform data-driven insights into measurable business outcomes. He was formerly Chief Operating Officer for United Rheumatology (now Specialty Networks), where his accomplishments included the creation of UREQA, a Qualified Clinical Data Registry to support quality reporting for value-based initiatives. He has also served as Chief Business Officer of a scaling specialty practice and has held leadership roles in two hospital systems. Brian completed his MBA at The Wharton School, a PhD in engineering at the University of Pennsylvania, and Six Sigma Black Belt certification at the University of Michigan.
Adrienne Hollander, MD
As a practicing board-certified rheumatologist and managing partner of one of the largest independent rheumatology practices nationally, Adrienne brings a unique composite of clinical and business acumen to the Galvanic Health team. Through data-driven decision making and structured systems implementation, Adrienne has led her practice to grow strategically while preserving physician autonomy and clinical quality. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Coalition of State Rheumatology Organizations, a non-profit that advocates for patient and provider issues in musculoskeletal care. Adrienne holds an MD from Temple University and a BA from Swarthmore College.
