  • Brian W. Smith, PhD, MBA

    Blending expertise in strategy, operations, and analytics, Brian has helped dozens of healthcare organizations transform data-driven insights into measurable business outcomes. He was formerly with IQVIA, a global leader in healthcare data science, where he led consulting engagements for pharmaceutical clients. He has also held leadership roles in provider organizations including two integrated hospital systems and a growing specialty practice. Brian completed his MBA at The Wharton School and a PhD in engineering at the University of Pennsylvania. He holds Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the University of Michigan.

  • Adrienne Hollander, MD

    As a practicing board-certified rheumatologist and who, as managing partner, led the growth of her practice from four to eighteen providers, Adrienne has unique composite of clinical and business acumen. Through structured systems implementation, Adrienne has led her practice to expand strategically while preserving physician autonomy and clinical quality. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Coalition of State Rheumatology Organizations, a non-profit that advocates for patient and provider issues in musculoskeletal care. Adrienne holds an MD from Temple University and a BA from Swarthmore College.

    With a career built at the intersection of healthcare, data analytics, and commercial strategy, David brings a rare combination of scientific grounding and business acumen to every engagement. He was formerly with IQVIA, where he led cross-functional teams to architect and deploy enterprise AI solutions, drive strategic initiatives, and deliver measurable commercial impact for Fortune 500 clients across biopharma and healthcare. Prior to IQVIA, David worked with physicians and healthcare practices as a strategic consultant, partnering with practice owners and clinical leadership to translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable strategies. David holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Quantitative Economics & Econometrics and Cell & Molecular Biology from the University of South Florida.
